Return Policy

  • Non defective returns incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
  • No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 60 days from the original ship date.
  • A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.
  • A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must obtained from prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a R.A. number will be returned to you at your expense.
  • RA numbers are valid for a period of ten (10) days from the date of issue.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package. This is not refundable.
  • Freight charges and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Allow 10-13 business days for processing returns.

  • Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.


  • Missing parts will be deducted from the amount refunded.
